This is one of the four Christchurch Integrated Government Accommodation (CIGA) projects designed to revitalise Christchurch after the 2011 earthquakes and encourage innovation and collaboration across government agencies. The Ministry of Education is the lead agency for this project and is joined by the Ministry of Health.
